You can cancel your booking or modify the time, game or number of people 24 hours before the booked game. Please, contact us on the info@escaperoom-budapest.com, and our colleagues will be glad to help you with your request.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request you to contact us at least 24 hours before your booked appointment. We will then reschedule your game for another date, or issue a credit for future use. All purchases are non refundable.
